Your order will normally be despatched by Royal Mail tracked service within 3 – 10 working days of your payment being processed (though we aim to send it out within 24 – 48 hours wherever possible).
Orders for 1 bottle to UK destinations are sent by Royal Mail “Signed For” Delivery unless you select the Next Day Delivery* option; 2 bottles or more are sent by Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery*. This means that your products are fully covered for compensation in case of loss or damage in transit. If you do not receive your order within a reasonable period, please email us using our contact form, and we will then let you have the tracking number to trace the package.
*Orders received after 1.00pm may not be despatched until the next day, though we will endeavour to send orders where you have chosen Next Day Delivery on the day of your order wherever possible, and in any case as soon as possible. Please note that the Guarantee to deliver Next Day is guaranteed by Royal Mail and not by us.
If we anticipate being unable to despatch your order within 5 days due to stock shortages or other logistical reasons, we will inform you by email. If you decide to cancel your order we will give you a full refund by applying a credit to your payment card account.
European destinations
For European destinations we normally send from an address within the EU. If the cost of doing so is greater than the amount calculated by the shopping cart, we will contact you to look at the options for shipping that best suit your country and circumstances.

Other International destinations
We normally send by Royal Mail “International Signed For” service, which is tracked to your address. if the cost of doing so is greater than the amount calculated by the shopping cart, we will contact you to look at the options for shipping that best suit your country and circumstances.
